Immunizations and Medical Records
California law requires Mission Viejo Montessori School maintain up-to-date medical records including immunizations on all of the attending students. The immunization records maintained at school should be updated annually. For a list of required immunizations by age, please ask at the front desk. A child whose family chooses not to immunize due to religious faith must sign the waiver on the state immunization form.
